I use an ancient technique called 'Smudging' as well crystal gridding. Feng Shui is also an important aspect of harmony in the home which I include in the renewal process.

Life can be confusing and complex and we all need a little guidance from time to time. Intuitive Counselling is the perfect way to bring clarity back into your journey and reconnect you to your life plan. Oracle Cards and Channelling are a few of the tools used to help bring you back to center. Included with intuitive counselling are helpful videos, books suggestions and various tools to teach you how to heal yourself. All is recorded and sent to you via email after the session.

Many of us are awakening into a high state of consciousness. This can be a bit confusing and overwhelming at times. There are simple steps you can take to make this process not only easier but enlightening and beautiful. Perhaps you are noticing that you are developing psychic abilities, you're having paranormal experiences or you're just becoming aware of things that went un-noticed before and need someone to talk to that won't think you're crazy. Heck, you may even want to hone these new found abilities and perhaps use them to better you're life. This transformative session can help to ground, bring much needed clarity and re-align your energy to bring you back in balance.

Life can be challenging and filled with obstacles. Sometimes we need a plan to help us overcome the obstacles we face. I've succeded in ways I never thought was possible thanks to some of the coaches I've had in my life. Included with this session is a life plan to help you get out of your funk, resources to help meet your goal with the plan which can include but are not limited to: A daily schedule, meal plan, shopping lists, transformative videos, film list, and book list all tailored to the individual's needs and goals.

I am extremely passionate about herbology, natural medicines & remedies, ancient healing techniques and nutrition. This passion has lead me to take workshops about Traditional Chinese Medicine, Aromatherapy, Crystals, Alkalized eating, medicinal plants, Food Medicine and so much more. During this session we'll explore what your diet is like, what toxins you're exposed to, what medicine you currently use and what type of lifestyle you have. From there we will create a tailored plan to revitalize your physical self. Included with this session is a health questionnaire to pinpoint what natural medicines you need and what cleanses you need to do, food shopping lists, recipes, handouts, book and video suggestions.
